A Company Interview
We talked with Anthony Messineo, Valentino's Vice President on why Valentino's is Valentino's
Recently I was provided the opportunity to interview the Vice President of Valentino’s.

When planning for the interview, I was mainly focused on coming up with questions that I couldn’t find on their website. I of course asked some simple history questions to kick off the interview, but I really wanted to dig deep into how Mr. Messineo interacted, supported, and handled customer interaction. I asked questions based on audience, market, brand loyalty, university relations, city relations, key insights, etc. I wanted my questions to really provide a sense of realism with the company.

Overall when talking to Mr. Messineo, it was very telling me that they emphasis great customer service. He talked over and over of real-life stories of great customer service, and how Valentino’s will go the extra way to keep loyal customers happy.
